Borealis Philanthropy is a social justice intermediary resourcing grassroots leaders and social justice movements for transformative change. In 2023, Borealis’ Black-led Movement Fund and Communities Transforming Policing Fund in partnership with Social Insights Research, piloted a Movement-Defined Learning (MDL) Tool created by grassroots organizers.
